A major gathering. A substantial physical presence.
AI Infra Summit brings together the companies and people building the infrastructure behind artificial intelligence.
The 2026 edition took place at Santa Clara Convention Center, California, from 15-17 September. The organiser reported 9,200 registrations, with over 9,000 professionals attending across three days.
For Kisaco Research, Fábio developed more than 230 print artworks for the event. The scope included entrance arches, registration desks and signage, extending the summit’s visual identity across the physical venue.
Hundreds of artworks. One consistent event.
The scale of the project came from both the number of artworks and the variety of surfaces they needed to work across.
An entrance arch, a registration desk and an information sign each have different proportions, viewing distances and communication requirements. The event identity needed to remain recognisable across all of them, while each piece fulfilled its own purpose.
The challenge was to translate an established visual language into a substantial collection of physical applications, balancing brand consistency, clear information and the practical requirements of print production.
Consistency across the whole space
The existing event identity provided the starting point. The task was to make it work across a much wider range of physical applications.
The approach centred on keeping the typography, colour and graphic language connected while adapting the composition to each format. The hierarchy also needed to respond to the purpose of the artwork: establishing presence at an entrance, identifying a location or communicating practical information.
Treating the artworks as parts of one event experience helped maintain a clear relationship between large brand moments and smaller functional pieces.
Bringing the identity into the venue.
The project resulted in more than 230 print artworks developed for AI Infra Summit 2026.
The work extended across large-format event structures, registration areas and signage. Each application carried the summit’s visual identity into a different part of the physical experience, from the first arrival through to the spaces used throughout the event.
The scope combined graphic design with detailed artwork adaptation: resolving layouts across different dimensions while keeping the collection visually connected.
Every format needed its own attention
Working at this scale meant paying attention to the individual artwork as well as the complete collection.
A layout that worked across a wide structure could not simply be reduced to fit a narrow sign. Different proportions required changes to composition, spacing and information hierarchy while preserving the same visual character.
That balance between consistency and adaptation was central to the work: creating pieces that belonged together without forcing every application into the same layout.
A substantial body of work for a major industry event.
More than 230 print artworks translated the AI Infra Summit identity into physical applications for its 2026 edition.
The work supported an event that welcomed over 9,000 professionals, providing a consistent visual presence across entrance structures, registration desks and signage.
The project demonstrates the combination of design judgement and production detail needed to carry an established identity across hundreds of applications.
